(1) The polling officer shall make arrangements for the entry of voters in such a way that there is no crowding, unnecessary gathering or any disturbance in the polling station.
(2) According to clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Act, when the polling officer allows a person to enter the polling station, the permission shall be given only after ascertaining that such person is a person associated with voting or not.
